A short one this week
This week we got a super Nintendo Direct that focused on Mario's 35th anniversary and it's been fueling my happiness ever since it dropped. I'm so excited to play Super Mario Sunshine for the first time in less than two weeks!
But, this week was incredibly hectic for me, so this issue is super barebones. I thought about not sending this one, but there were still some great articles I wanted to share.
As always, enjoy the read and I'll see you next time!
Development
'Blasphemous' Was Written in Spanish. Now, Its Characters Finally Speak It
What an incredible story about a game returning to its roots. I love that the developers were finally able to share this game in the way it was meant to be experienced.

Meet Ms. Marvel from 'Marvel's Avengers' - Los Angeles Times
Some people like this game, others don't. Regardless, I've heard from a lot of people that the best thing about Marvel's: Avengers is the representation that starts right at the beginning of the game.
I'm glad that even though some aren't enjoying this title, we can all still love it for highlighting minorities instead of only white superheroes.

Building a world without Batman: A first look at Gotham Knights
I'm so excited for Gotham Knights.
I hope they really commit to Batman being dead and developing the stories of the other members of the bat family. Even if they don't I'm excited to see the different playstyles of these characters. I can already see myself getting overwhelmed with my choices and needing multiple playthroughs to really dive into all of the options.

How ‘Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart’ capitalizes on powerful PS5 technology
Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is easily my most anticipated next-gen game. The gameplay demos look incredible and I've enjoyed every R&C game I've played. I also have a feeling that this will be one of the best examples of what the DualSense controller can do on PS5.
I'm hyped!
